Parker Waller Agency was established as an independent insurance agency by Parker Waller in 1956. Sam Starr purchased this agency in 2004 and has continued to grow the agency to where it is today. This office brings "home town feel" and has been a top provider of insurance expertise for many individuals and businesses in Butler and surrounding counties for many years.
